1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern all passenger conduct, fare requirements, and digital asset usage associated with the City Metro network, including buses, light rail, subways, and commuter rail services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from utilizing City Metro services and must exit City Metro property immediately.

- Evasion: Failure to show a valid fare may result in an immediate administrative citation, fine, or ejection from the system.
3. Passenger Conduct and Safety Rules
To ensure the safety and comfort of all riders, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited on all City Metro vehicles and properties:
- Dangerous Behavior: Smoking, vaping, consuming alcoholic beverages, or using illegal substances.
