Communication and Website Access Issues

City Metro is currently experiencing issues with its communications systems (email), and it's website domain. At this time City Metro has minimized its issues, but we are still working on it. 

What's going on: City Metro found out that its new communications system powered by ZOHO had some security concerns, causing us to turn to Cloudflare. We decided to move all our DNS provider to Cloudflare, and are in the process of fully migrating.

This affects who: Mainly emailing our support team as well as for some customers to access citymetro.xyz.

How long will issues persist: At this time we estimate that most of these issues have been resolved, but some customers still may have trouble with contacting our support team. To contact our support team via chat, you may press the Live Chat feature on our website located in the bottom right-hand corner.
